    Why doesn’t the calendar let me choose the date I want?

    At the moment we are only taking orders on the day you want the order delivered due to high demand (unless you are pre-ordering Fish & Chips for delivery on Mondays or Sunday Lunch for delivery on Sundays)

    I can’t log in and can’t remember my password – what do I do?

    Please visit the lost password page to set a new password or order as a guest if you prefer

    Will you deliver to my area?

    You can order to any SO41 or BH25 post code – please get in touch if you are very close by and we will try to accommodate you

    My order hasn’t arrived on time, what should I do?

    While we will try our hardest to get to you at your chosen time we may be slightly early or late – please contact us above to check on your order status

    Your web site isn’t accepting my card

    Please make sure you enter your registered card address – you can choose to deliver to a different address at the checkout

    I keep getting returned to the login page after entering my details correctly

    Please try clearing cookies in your browser

    Why won’t the website accept my postcode?

    You must enter a post code starting SO41 or BH25 to order online – if you are having problems, please make sure you are using the letter ‘O’ not the number ‘0’ in your postcode

    Why won’t the website accept my voucher code?

    If you have a voucher code for a specific product, please make sure you add that product to your basket before you apply the discount voucher code.

    Why can’t I log in to my account?

    When you create a new order make sure to tick the “create account” option. If you have lost your password use the password reset page.
