About - La Perle

Welcome to La Perle

In his early career Sam worked at the award-winning ‘The Sir Charles Napier’ in Chinnor, Oxfordshire. He also has many years of experience working with some of the country’s finest chefs including Mark Broadbent at Mortons of Mayfair, Raymond Blanc at Le Petit Blanc, and Pierre Chevillard at Pebble Beach, following a 3 year apprenticeship in the kitchens of Kensington Place.

A message from Sam…

I have spent many hours tracking down small, ethical, sustainable suppliers with a great passion for their produce and 90% of our produce is sourced from Hampshire and Dorset. I am always looking for new suppliers, foraged goods from the forest or fish from the sea. Please feel free to get in touch to talk about these things!

Thank you…

…to all our customers who kindly donated to ‘Street Smart’ in the run up to Christmas.

La Perle raised £265 which will make a significant contribution to the work being done in our community to enable homeless people to build a better life for themselves.
(100% of StreetSmart’s operational costs are covered by their sponsor)

La Perle is one of the best New Forest restaurants!

La Perle is the only restaurant in Milford-on-Sea to be featured in the new Dorling Kindersley Eyewitness Travel Guide to England’s South Coast! You will find us in the ‘Where to Eat and Drink’ section on page 187 of this popular publication, where the listings have been ‘…carefully chosen and feature some of the very best places to eat…’

We love to hear from old and new customers. You can connect with us online using our contact page, via social networks or please pop by next time you’re in Milford!
