In his early career Sam worked at the award-winning ‘The Sir Charles Napier’ in Chinnor, Oxfordshire. He also has many years of experience working with some of the country’s finest chefs including Mark Broadbent at Mortons of Mayfair, Raymond Blanc at Le Petit Blanc, and Pierre Chevillard at Pebble Beach, following a 3 year apprenticeship in the kitchens of Kensington Place.

I have spent many hours tracking down small, ethical, sustainable suppliers with a great passion for their produce and 90% of our produce is sourced from Hampshire and Dorset. I am always looking for new suppliers, foraged goods from the forest or fish from the sea. Please feel free to get in touch to talk about these things!
