Terms and Returns

 Handmade gold filled earring wires below which hang a cluster of of citrine and tourmaline gemstones. Wire wrapped to these are sparkly faceted smokey quartz gemstone briolettes.

Payment 

I only accept paypal.

Or, if you live in the UK I will also accept personal cheque. However, please be aware that I cannot send you your jewellery until the cheque has cleared.

 

Shipping

UK customers – all my jewellery is sent using first class postage. I charge £2.50 postage and packaging which will be added to your bill when you pay for your item/s.  Orders will normally be sent out within 24 hours of payment, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. 

US and other customers – all my jewellery is sent using standard airmail.   I charge a flat rate of £2.50 which will be added to your bill when you pay for your item/s. Orders will normally be sent out within 24 hours of payment, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.  Delivery normally takes about one week but can take up to two.

Handmade lampwork beads in a lovely shade of bright green. Below hang long clusters of peridot, amethyst, crystal quartz and ruby semi precious gemstones. The earrings wires are made of sterling silver.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your jewellery, for whatever reason, you can return it to me within 14 days of receipt and I will refund your money in full. However, you will have to pay for the return postage.

I will not accept the return of earrings for reasons of hygiene.

Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system, or for loss or damage due to the post service.  However, I will do my best to try to rectify the situation.

If your jewellery develops a fault through no fault of your own, within six months of purchase, then please let me know so that I can repair it for you. After this time, I am still happy to repair your jewellery for a small charge.
