Hi! Welcome to La Perle handmade jewellery

La Perle handmade jewellery is all designed and made by myself. I love colour, design and quality and it is my desire to reflect this in all my designs. I use handmade silver and glass beads as much as I can along with sterling silver components.

The handmade glass beads I use in my jewellery are known as lampwork beads. Each bead is handcrafted by glass artists who use a variety of different types of glass and colours. They cleverly shape glass rods over a hot flame to produce a mesmerizing fusion of colours, shades, styles and depth. The glass lampwork beads are then annealed in a kiln to harden them and with careful use, they can become real heirlooms as each bead is a tiny work of art.

Much of my newer range of jewellery now includes semi-precious stones most of which are AA or AAA or very good quality. I love to wrap them up in either sterling silver or gold filled wire. Each design is OOAK but if you see something you like and want it in a different colour, then please do contact me and I'll be only too happy to help.
