How to Buy

If you would like more information on any item of jewellery, then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.  (I continually check my emails throughout the day.) 

 If there is anything you would like to buy,  please send me a quick email, to be found on my Contact page, stating the product code/codes (found at the bottom of each description in my Collection e.g. P1).   The jewellery will be immediately reserved for you.    I will then send you via email a paypal invoice where you can pay using a paypal account.  Please ensure you send me your registered paypal account email.  This service is secure and  free.

I know how frustrating it is when you see something that you really like but cannot afford to buy it immediately. With this in mind, if you do see something on my website that you like, then I am happy to reserve it for you for up to three weeks.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return it to me in its original state and in its original packaging within 10 working days (at your own cost) for a full refund. However, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase giving me details of why you are unhappy with your jewellery. Unfortunately, I cannot accept the return of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If your jewellery develops a fault due to normal wear and tear within 6 months of purchase, then I will happily repair or replace your item for free and also refund the postage costs incurred.

Postage & Packaging

Postage is a flat rate of £2.50. All items are carefully packed up in a presentation box and then placed securely in a jiffy bag. Items sent within the UK are by Royal Mail First Class “Signed For”. Overseas is sent by Airmail.


Privacy Statement
La Perle is committed to protecting your privacy. All information will be collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information given at the time of ordering will be used by La Perle only, and will not be distributed to any other companies or individuals. La Perle will use your information  to process your order or for the return of information requested by you.
